Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility
This promotion is available exclusively to:

• • New customers, and
  • Existing customers who have not purchased from I.W. Tremont (or its affiliated brands) within the past three (3) years.
    The promotion is offered only to end users. Resellers, distributors, dealers, brokers, agents, or similar intermediaries are expressly excluded.

2. Qualifying Products and Industries 

• • This promotion applies to asphalt baghouse filters. End users operating in related industries—including but not limited to asphalt, concrete, aggregate, industrial processing, dust collection, and baghouse filtration facilities—are eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

• • Qualifying purchase orders must be placed between February 1 and February 28 (inclusive). Orders placed outside of this period are not eligible.

4. Qualifying Purchase Thresholds and Credits

• • Purchases totaling $5,000–$9,999 (USD) qualify for a 10% credit toward future purchases.
  • Purchases totaling $10,000 or more (USD) qualify for a 15% credit toward future purchases.
  • Credits are calculated on the net invoice value, excluding taxes, freight, duties, and other non-product charges.

• • Credits will be issued only after the qualifying order has been:
  • Successfully shipped,
  • Accepted by the customer, and
  • Paid in full in accordance with agreed payment terms.
  • No credit will be issued for canceled, returned, rejected, or unpaid orders.

6. Credit Cap

• • The maximum promotional credit issued per customer under this program is $2,500 USD, regardless of order size or number of qualifying purchases.

• • Promotional credits may be applied toward future qualifying purchases for up to eighteen (18) months from the date the original qualifying goods are received by the customer.
  • Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be combined with other promotional discounts unless expressly approved in writing by I.W. Tremont.

8. Geographic Limitation
This promotion is valid only for customers located within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international orders are excluded.

9. Limitations

• • Promotional credits may not be applied retroactively to prior purchases.
  • Credits may not be redeemed for cash, refunds, or account balances.
  • Credits may not be used to offset freight, taxes, or other non-product charges.

10. Modification or Termination
I.W. Tremont reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases of error, misuse, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11. Final Determination
Eligibility, qualification, and credit calculation are determined solely by I.W. Tremont and are final.
